Answer: Preferred method of payment is by bank check or wire transfer. We also accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

Answer: Most of time we ship with Federal Express due to their care and handling of the packages. We also use UPS, and DHL.<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

Answer: The majority of the time we can solve issues over the phone. If it is a problem with the endoscope, you will need to ship it to us for evaluation.<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
