Question: Where do you procure the equipment from?

Answer: Various doctors offices and hospitals that are upgrading or switching to a different manufacturer.


 

Question: Why send repairs to you instead of the manufacturer?

Answer: We can do the same job as the manufacturer at a fraction of the cost.


 

Question: What methods of payment do you accept?

Answer: Preferred method of payment is by bank check or wire transfer. We also accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.


 

Question: How do you ship the equipment?

Answer: Most of time we ship with Federal Express due to their care and handling of the packages. We also use UPS, Global Express, and DHL.


 

Question: If I am not satisfied once I receive the equipment, what action will you take?

Answer: Customer satisfaction is always #1. We will take every form of action needed to make sure you are satisfied to the fullest extent.


 

Question: Do you offer technical support?

Answer: The majority of the time we can solve issues over the phone. If it is a problem with the endoscope, you will need to ship it to us for evaluation.


 

Question: Do you offer loaner scopes?

Answer: If your endoscope will take longer than 24-48 hours in the repair lab, we will send you a loaner at no additional charge.
